What’s Happening in the Facility?
Mechanical Elevation & Cleaning: Vertical elevators move the raw cherries through several stages of cleaning to remove any field debris.
Precision Grading: The vibrating separators and gravity tables you see are calibrated to sort beans by size, density, and weight. This ensures that only the most uniform, high-density beans make it into our final export bags.
Dust & Impurity Extraction: Our advanced suction systems remove parchment dust and light impurities, ensuring a clean, "bright" green bean ready for roasting.
Automated Bagging: The final stage involves high-speed bagging into industrial-grade sacks, ready for immediate container loading.
